• After completing your registration, you will receive an email containing a confirmation link. Please click the link within 30 minutes to confirm your booking.
• Once you have confirmed, you will receive a second email with your booking confirmation. Please note that the booking confirmation email is not an admission ticket and cannot be used to access the event.
• Your admission e-ticket will be sent in a separate email at a later stage. That email will include your invitation with a unique QR code and all relevant event details.
• To access the event, you will be required to show your QR code at the entrance.
• The invitation is personal and non-transferable.
• Admission to the event is limited to attendees who are 18 years of age or older.
• Admission to the event may be subject to security checks. Backpacks and large bags are not permitted. Gucci reserves the right to deny or revoke admission at its discretion to ensure safety, security and compliance with venue policies.
• Attendees shall behave in a respectful and lawful manner, and must comply with all instructions issued by Gucci, the event staff, security personnel, and with all applicable venue policies, regulations, and safety procedures. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.
• Gucci and third parties authorized by Gucci may take photographs and make audio-visual recordings of attendees' likeness, gestures and voice during the event for purposes of promotion and presentation of the event to the public. If you do not wish to be photographed and/or filmed, please notify immediately the Gucci personnel. By your presence at the event and by refraining from expressing your refusal, you authorize Gucci to fixate, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate and disseminate your likeness, gestures, and voice in any medium, including, without limitation, print, Internet, TV, social media, etc., worldwide and for the entire duration of the relevant rights, without compensation.
